In order to qualify for a rental property your gross income must be equal to or greater than the monthly rent multiplied by 3.

Example: (Monthly rent) $950 x 3 = $2850.

Pets: Most of our properties are pet friendly with a $250 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee per pet, limit of 2 pets, breed restrictions do apply.
